How do I request a refund?

How you get a refund depends on where you paid. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in the mobile app. Backgammon Galaxy can't issue those refunds directly.

Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Apple handles all App Store refunds.

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you paid with.
2. Choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and select the Backgammon Galaxy purchase.
3. Submit. Apple will email you its decision.

Bought on Android (Google Play)

Google handles Google Play refunds.

1. Open play.google.com, or the Play Store app, and go to your Order history.
2. Find the Backgammon Galaxy purchase and choose Request a refund (or Report a problem).
3. Follow the steps. Google will email you its decision.

Bought on the web (card) or with PayPal

Contact our support team (see below). We review web refund requests case by case.

Good to know

• Cancelling isn't the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. See How do I cancel or change my membership?.
• No refunds for part of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you keep your benefits until the period ends, but you won't get money back for the unused time.
• Coin purchases: refunds for coins are at our discretion. If something went wrong with a coin purchase, contact us and we'll review it. For App Store and Google Play purchases, you can also ask Apple or Google directly.
• If a refund is approved, the membership or coins from that purchase may be removed from your account.
• Forgot to cancel a free trial? Request a refund from the store you subscribed through, as soon as possible.
