My game froze or disconnected during a match. What happened?

We're sorry that happened! Game interruptions can be caused by several things:

  • Internet Connection: The most common cause is an unstable or lost internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) on your end or, rarely, on your opponent's end. Try to ensure you have a strong, stable connection.

  • App Performance: Occasionally, background processes on your device or an older app version might cause issues. Ensure your app is updated and try restarting your device.

  • Server Hiccups (Rare): While we strive for 100% uptime, very rarely there might be a brief server-side issue. These are usually resolved quickly.

  • What to do: If a game freezes, try closing and reopening the app. Often, you can rejoin an ongoing match if it hasn't timed out. If the issue persists, note the approximate time and your opponent's username and contact support.
