  • Check Purchase History: Confirm that the purchase was successful and completed in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store purchase history.

  • Contact Support: If your coins still haven't appeared after an hour, please contact our support team with your Backgammon Galaxy username and a clear screenshot of your purchase receipt from Apple/Google (this receipt should show the transaction ID, date, and item purchased). We'll investigate and ensure your coins are credited promptly.
