  • Check Purchase History: Confirm the purchase was successful in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store purchase history.

  • Contact Support: If your coins still haven't appeared after an hour, please contact us with your Backgammon Galaxy username and a screenshot of your purchase receipt (showing the transaction ID and date). We'll sort it out!
