Google Play Store: You can find information on requesting a refund through the Google Play Store Help section, often by finding the order in your purchase history.
If you encounter any issues requesting a refund through the stores, or for purchases made directly through our website, please contact our support team. Include your Backgammon Galaxy username, the email address associated with your account, details of the purchase (item, date, price), and a copy of your purchase receipt. We'll review your request.
