I'm having trouble with sound or haptics (vibrations).

  • In-App Settings: Check the Backgammon Galaxy settings menu to ensure sounds and haptics are enabled.
  • Device Settings: Check your phone/tablet's main sound settings. Is your device on silent mode? Is the media volume turned up? Are haptics enabled in your device's system settings?
  • Restart App/Device: Can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
