How do I manage or cancel my Star Membership subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the platform you used to subscribe:

  • iOS (Apple App Store): Go to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Find Backgammon Galaxy and manage it there.

  • Android (Google Play Store): Open the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Find Backgammon Galaxy and manage it there.

  • Web Purchase: If you subscribed via our website, there will be a "cancel" button under play.backgammongalaxy.com/payments/membership and we will be able to cancel your PayPal-based membership.
