How do I report a player?

If an opponent is abusive in chat, cheating, stalling, or has an offensive username, you can report them straight from the game.

Report during or after a game

1. In the game, tap your opponent's avatar. A small player card opens with their recent form and some action buttons.
2. Tap the report button (the last icon on the card).
3. Under Report User, choose a reason:
   • Verbal Abuse (Chat)
   • Fair Play (Cheating, Stalling)
   • Other (Username, Spam)
4. Tap Report Player.

When it's sent, you'll see Report received. We'll take it from here. If something went wrong, you'll see Unable to send report. Please try again.

You can send one report per opponent per match. Reporting isn't available in games against the AI.

What happens next?

Our support team regularly reviews reports. The game the report came from is attached automatically, so you don't need to send us the game details. We don't send a personal reply for each report, and we can't share what action was taken against another player's account.

Please only report genuine problems. Players who file large numbers of reports are also reviewed.

• the date and time of the game
• a screenshot of the chat or situation, if you have one
